Located directly next door, 600 feet to the main gate of Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland Missouri and 15 minutes from Truman Lake / Pomme De Terre Lake. Sidetrack RV Park offers 31 RV sites featuring 30/50 amp full hookups including sewer and water. Do not have an RV? We also offer a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house and 1 bedroom 1 bath cabin available for nightly, weekly or monthly rentals. Come stay with us!

All RV sites are at least 30'x50' (with the exception of sites 1 and 2) on a grass covered 8" gravel bed. Sites 1 is 20'x30' and site 2 is 25'x30'.

QUICK PARK RULES
Speed Limit: 5 MPH throughout the park at all times. Watch for children and pedestrians.
Quiet Hours: 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM. Generators, loud music, and bright outdoor lights must be turned off.
Vehicles & ATVs: All motorized vehicles (including golf carts/UTVs) must be operated by licensed drivers only and remain on designated roads.
Sewer Connections: Missouri health codes require an airtight rubber donut or threaded elbow adapter for all sewer hookups.

PAYMENT AND BOOKING POLICY
* Accepted Cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted.
* Deposit and Balance: The first night’s rental rate is collected as a deposit upon booking. The remaining balance is automatically charged to the card on file at check-in.
* Age Requirement: You must be 21 or older to rent a cabin or campsite.
* Reservation Security: Reservations cannot be made for other guests. Valid proof of reservation is required at check-in.
* Site and Rates: Daily rates include water, electricity, sewer, WIFI and trash.
* Sites are limited to 1 RV and 1 vehicle.
* Occupancy Limits:
* RV Sites: Up to 6 people
* Cabin Rental: Up to 4 people
* House Rental: Up to 10 people

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
We do not offer refunds, credits, or date changes for early departures, inclement weather, or event cancellations/rainouts at Lucas Oil Speedway.

Cancellation & Change Timeline
30+ Days Before Arrival: Eligible for a full refund (minus a $25 processing fee) OR a free date change.

7 to 29 Days Before Arrival: No refunds. Date changes are permitted for a $25 fee.

Less than 7 Days Before Arrival: No refunds and no date changes. All deposits are fully forfeited. This includes cancellations due to Lucas Oil Speedway events being called off.

No-Show Policy: We will hold your reservation until 11:00 AM the day following your scheduled arrival. After 11:00 AM, your reservation will be canceled and all paid funds will be forfeited.

Refund Method: All refunds are processed exclusively back to the original credit/debit card used at booking. No exceptions.

CHILDREN AND PET POLICY
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult when inside the Barn.

Pets welcome subject to the following rules:
* Please declare the number of pets on your online reservation form.
* Pets must weigh under 100 pounds. Cabins and houses have a limit of 2 pets maximum.
* Pets stay free in RV sites. A $50 non-refundable pet fee applies for cabin and house rentals.
* Pets must be on a maximum 6-foot leash at all times. If tied outside, owners must be physically present with them.
* Pets are strictly prohibited inside the Barn.
* Pets must be quiet, child-friendly, non-aggressive, and cleaned up after. Disruptive or aggressive behavior will result in being asked to leave without a refund.

AMENITIES AND FACILITIES
* After-hours access to the Shower House/Barn is available via the door on the west side of the Barn.
* Access to the Barn amenities, including the game room and lounge is at the sole discretion of the park owner and policies may change without notice.

RIGHT TO EJECT AND PROSECUTE
Pursuant to Missouri Revised Statutes (RSMo § 419.090), management reserves the right to deny access or immediately eject any person(s), without a refund, who defaults on payment, violates posted park rules, creates a public disturbance, or compromises the quiet enjoyment of the campground for other guests. Anyone who refuses to vacate the premises upon being asked to leave by a campground owner or law enforcement officer shall be guilty of trespass in the first degree.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY AND PCI COMPLIANCE
BDDFC LLC, DBA The Sidetrack RV Park adheres to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements, actively maintaining security controls to protect cardholder data, verified compliant by Security Metrics on 5/8/2026.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE FORM
The undersigned hereby waive, release and forever discharge BDDFC LLC, DBA The Sidetrack RV Park, its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, employees, staff, volunteers, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns from any claims resulting from physical or personal injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, loss or death, and any property damage that may occur caused by fire, theft, vandalism, water or land-related accidents, natural events or any other occurrences or mishaps.

We are here of our free will, and entirely at our own risk. We understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise by our own or others’ negligence, conditions on the premises, or the use of amenities offered at the premises. Nonetheless, we assume all related risks, both known and unknown. BDDFC LLC, DBA The Sidetrack RV Park, is not responsible for errors, omissions, acts or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity.

I fully understand that this is a release of liability and I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I otherwise have to bring legal action against BDDFC LLC, DBA The Sidetrack RV Park, for any personal injury or property damage whatsoever for negligence. This waiver and release of liability shall remain in effect for the duration of my presence at the premises. We further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BDDFC LLC, DBA The Sidetrack RV Park, against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney’s fees and related costs.

AUTO-COLLECT

At the time of booking, the first night's rate will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.

CHILDREN & PETS

Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are welcome. Pets must weigh under 100 pounds. Furry friends welcome—with a few rules. Our beloved pets make any adventure even more fun and we’re glad you’re bringing your sidekick with you. We just have a few house rules to ensure all have an unforgettable experience. GUIDELINES: Please make sure to let us know you are bringing your furry friends. You can notify us by entering the number of pets in the online reservation form. Our cabin and house are pet friendly. There is a $50/per pet non-refundable fee. Limit 2 pets per cabin/house. There is no charge for pets in RV sites. Pets must be on a leash at all times. If tied up outside, they must be accompanied by the owner. Please be sure that the leash is no longer than about six feet in length. Pets are not allowed in the Barn. Please clean up after your pet(s). Pets need to be good neighbors, not excessively noisy, child friendly and non-aggressive (snarling, growling, jumping toward other people, etc. can scare other guests). If your pet becomes too un-neighborly, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
